ATTENDING MEMBER CHECKLIST

Due to the remote location of this event and the time of year in which it will be held,
attending members should take the initiative to arrive at the event site prepared.


CHARACTER DOCUMENTATION

It is unlikely that we will have internet or database access while onsite.
Please ensure that you have proper character documentation available when you check in.
Directions to the closest Kinkos w/ internet (45 minutes away) will be available if you do not.

All players must be able to provide the following at the time of event registration:
Proof of Camarilla membership in good standing (Card from White Wolf, or letter from their Coordinator)
Proof of Prestige Class (Card from Regional/National, or letter from their Coordinator)
Current contact information for their Coordinator and Storyteller of record
2 (two) signed copies of the character sheet for each character submitted for play
1 (one) signed copy of the creation point record for each character submitted for play
1 (one) signed copy of the experience point record for each character submitted for play
1 (one) signed list of all approval items w/ database numbers for each character submitted for play


PERSONAL ITEMS OR LODGING SUPPLIES

The event staff will be able to provide a few basics (especially if many of you donate items from
our Groceries or Supplies request lists
) but we can not provide every convenience that every member
might wish to have on hand at this event. Please pack accordingly for the trip. Helpful things to consider
while packing will be: the outdoor location, seasonal weather, and your personal circumstances.

Personal Medications
(help us to help you - a list of known allergies, medical conditions, or medications that you require can be registered confidentially with our Onsite Medic in case there is a medical emergency)
Weapons, of any type
(There is a difference between a weapon and a tool. Please email the Event Lead if you need clarification on the distinction or if you need to register notification of an onsite weapon requirement.)
bedding for your bunk
(pillow + sleeping bag or sheets & light blanket)
pets, even leashed or with their owner at all times

towels and personal toiletries (including toothpaste & soap)
(just 'cause you play a Were, don't mean you was born in a barn ;)
alcoholic beverages, even in an opaque bottle or closeable flask

1 roll of toilet paper
(if we each bring one roll, no one goes without)
heavy perfume or strong cologne
(the insects will find you more attractive; the humans won't)
canteen or water bottle, fruit or light snacks Dramah - you know what we mean. ;)
flashlight w/ batteries, sunscreen and insect repellent
pen or pencil, pocket-size notepad, digital or disposable camera
character costuming and comfortable OOC clothing
(keep the local weather in mind when making costume plans)
